Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026
This policy explains what information Nest Construction collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, call or text us at (502) 821-9118 or email Office@nestconstructionky.com.
Who we are
Nest Construction is a licensed and insured general contractor serving Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana. This policy covers nestconstructionky.com.
Information you give us
When you fill in an estimate request or contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the type of project, and any details you choose to share such as budget range, project address or preferred start date. We use it only to respond to your enquiry, schedule a site visit, and prepare a scope and estimate.
If you call or text the number on this site, we receive your phone number and may keep notes about the conversation so we can follow up.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the site or search that sent you here.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google sets cookies and similar identifiers to do this. We use the results to see which pages are useful and which are not.
We also advertise through Google Ads. This means:
- Google may record that you submitted a form or tapped a phone number after arriving from one of our ads, so we can measure which ads produce enquiries.
- You may be shown our ads on other websites after visiting this one (remarketing).
- If you arrive from a Google ad, the phone number displayed may be a Google forwarding number. Calls to it connect to us normally, and Google reports the call to us along with its duration and your area code.
You can opt out of personalised Google advertising through Google Ads Settings, and you can block Google Analytics with Google’s browser opt-out add-on. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Hosting and technical services
This site is hosted on WordPress.com and uses Jetpack, both operated by Automattic. They process traffic and security data on our behalf.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business — our hosting and analytics providers named above, and where relevant a subcontractor or supplier working on your project. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the project or for our records, and analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Office@nestconstructionky.com and we will take care of it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any point.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging construction work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
