Built Right. Built To Last.

Our Story

Construction That Adds Real Value

Nest Construction was built on a simple belief: great construction should add real value and pride to every home. We are a trusted, licensed and insured company that has completed more than 255 renovation and construction projects across Kentucky and Southern Indiana since 2015.

We specialize in creative, strategic solutions that maximize space, reduce unnecessary costs and increase property value — bringing the same care, craftsmanship and dedication to every homeowner and investor we work with.

We do not consider a job complete until you are fully satisfied.

Who You’ll Be Dealing With

Nest Construction is run by Gil, who has been running crews in Louisville for eleven years. Most of our clients deal with him directly — he is the person who walks your house, writes your scope, and answers the phone when something needs deciding halfway through a job.

That matters more than it sounds. On a lot of remodels the person who sells the work is not the person who runs it, and the homeowner ends up relaying messages between the two. Here it is one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final punch list.

Behind him is one crew working to one standard, not a rotating cast of subcontractors who have never met each other. Across eleven years and more than 255 projects in Jefferson County and Southern Indiana, that is the thing homeowners mention most often afterwards — that we turned up when we said we would, told them what was happening, and left the site clean.
