Kitchen Remodels In Louisville
Custom cabinetry, stone countertops, islands and layout changes — built around how your family actually uses the room.
What We Do
The Room That Pays You Back
A kitchen remodel is the single best return most Louisville homeowners get on construction spend, and it is also the easiest project to get wrong. We handle the whole thing — demo, framing changes, electrical and plumbing, cabinetry, stone, tile and appliance install — so there is one crew and one point of contact instead of five subcontractors blaming each other.
● Custom and semi-custom cabinetry
● Quartz, granite and marble tops
● Islands, waterfall edges and seating
● Wall removal and layout changes
● Backsplash tile and lighting
● Appliance and plumbing install

What a full kitchen with us covers
Demolition and haul-off, any framing or layout changes, cabinetry, countertops, backsplash and floor tile, lighting and electrical, plumbing rough-in and fixtures, paint, and the punch list at the end. One crew runs all of it on one schedule, and one person answers the phone about it.
The three decisions that move the budget
Cabinets are almost always the largest line. After that it is whether the sink, range and gas move, and what you put on the counters. Keeping the plumbing and gas where they are saves real money. Moving them means opening floors or ceilings — and in an older Louisville house, opening something usually turns up something else. We price those scenarios separately so you can see the difference before you commit. Our Louisville kitchen remodel cost guide walks through the ranges in detail.
What we find behind older kitchens
Most of the kitchens we open up in the Highlands, Clifton and Old Louisville were not built for how people cook now. Ungrounded circuits behind plaster, drain lines that are undersized for a modern disposal, subfloors out of level by an inch across the room, and a vent that was never actually ducted outside. None of that is unusual and none of it is a crisis. It is the reason we walk the space and look before quoting, rather than discovering it after your cabinets are already ordered.
Before you sign with anyone
Ask for a written scope that names fixtures and finishes rather than listing an allowance. Ask who is physically on site each day. Ask what happens if the cabinets arrive damaged, because eventually a set does. A contractor who has answers ready has been through it; one who waves the questions off has not.
