Fencing
Fence Installation In Louisville
Privacy, decorative and security fencing set plumb, straight and deep enough to survive a Kentucky winter.
What We Do
Straight Lines, Solid Posts
Most fence failures are footing failures. We set posts below the frost line, space them correctly for the panel type, and hang gates on hardware that will still swing true in five years. Cedar privacy, horizontal cedar, picket, shadowbox, aluminum and chain-link — residential and commercial, across the Louisville metro and Southern Indiana.

What we install
Privacy fence, picket, shadowbox, board-on-board, ornamental aluminium and steel, and chain link. Wood or metal, the parts that decide whether a fence is still straight in ten years are the same: post depth, concrete, and whether the line was actually set before anybody started digging.
Posts are the whole job
A fence fails from the ground up. Posts need to go below the frost line and be set in concrete that is crowned to shed water rather than hold it against the wood. Skipping depth is the fastest way to save money on a fence and the reason so many of them lean within a few seasons. We set to depth and we do not stretch spacing to save a post.
Property lines, permits and neighbours
Before anything gets dug we want to know where your line actually is, not where the old fence was — the two disagree more often than people expect. We will also tell you if a survey is the sensible first step, and we call in locates for utilities every time, without exception. If your street has an HOA or your property sits in a historic district, there may be limits on height and material, and it is far cheaper to find that out now.
Gates
Gates are where cheap fences give themselves away. They sag, they drag on the ground, they stop latching after a wet spring. Proper hinges, a braced frame and a gate post sized for the job cost a little more and are the part of the fence you actually touch every day.
